📋 Description

• Consult with and advise Escrow Officers on unusual transaction circumstances, structuring, documents, and applicable guidelines • Stay current on new laws, market trends, and escrow issues to provide guidance and consultation • Review and analyze reports, summarize information, identify trends, and keep management informed • Identify training or guideline gaps based on communications with escrow staff • Coordinate training with training staff • Audit training and recommend improvements • Audit escrow files or manage and administer escrow audit programs for states • Work on special projects, including regulatory inquiries, legal documentation requests, office closures, and statistical report analysis from FAST and other systems • Act as FACC SME/Liaison, report rate changes, test new rates, and monitor fix requests • Administer FACC Override Reports and disseminate and review reports with escrow administrators

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Some college preferred • 5-7 years as an Escrow Officer or related work experience • Experience in multiple types of escrows such as commercial, bulk, mobile home and new home/subdivision • FAST knowledge preferred • Strong customer interfacing skills • Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing • Strong MS Office skills • Strong analytical skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Self-motivated; self-starter • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to emergent problems
