📋 Description

• Recruit experienced Financial Representatives and wealth management professionals for Guardian Network firms • Travel across the country to meet Experienced Advisor recruits and partner with field leaders • Execute warm sourcing strategies, including thought leadership events and networking • Collaborate on recruiting programs, offerings, content creation, and go-to-market strategies • Deploy education programs and facilitate recruiting upskill meetings and workshops • Serve as an Experienced Financial Services recruiting expert with internal and external partners • Brainstorm innovative ways to attract experienced Financial Services Representatives • Collaborate with business teams on projects, programs, and strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience successfully recruiting Experienced Financial Service Representatives • Established program development and management experience • Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience • Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and engage them collaboratively • Ability to handle multiple projects at a time and engage in a variety of projects • Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills to track and provide reporting • Proven success recruiting Experienced Advisors with holistic and wealth management practices • Experience recruiting successful experienced advisors from various broker-dealers • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Ability to support and deliver live and virtual training events • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
