📋 Description

• Oversee one or more projects on an ongoing and regular basis • Independently oversee multiple medium to large scale complex projects • Coordinate project deliverables, plans, and status reports • Identify appropriate resources and coordinate schedules for timely completion • Create project plans covering goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risks, contingency plans, budgets, and resource allocation • Facilitate status and milestone meetings with cross-functional groups • Conduct risk monitoring and controls throughout project duration • Work with end users, business technologies, and others to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs • Monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and forecasting • Prepare project status reports and keep teams, management, and clients informed • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience • Typically 4-7 years of directly related project management experience • PMP and CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certifications preferred • ITIL Certification preferred • Knowledge of project management best practices and current technologies • Experience with project management methodologies and techniques • Experience with applicable business processes • Experience planning, coordinating, and administering projects in a business and/or technology environment • Experience with risk management • Experience managing multiple projects or large projects • Experience managing project plans and budgets • Experience facilitating meetings • Good verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of communication, statusing, and Project Management tools • May be required to perform duties outside normal work hours based on business needs
