📋 Description

• Act as the PPM Tool (Clarity) Product Owner within the Enterprise Project Office • Partner with business leadership, IT, and key stakeholders to execute business-specific Information Systems strategy • Lead projects involving system selection, enhancements, configuration, reporting, and updates • Direct system design, development, testing, and ongoing administration • Participate in organizational change management efforts • Manage a team of associates, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and talent development • Manage design, configuration, reporting, testing, implementation, and upgrades of supported business systems • Troubleshoot and improve processes for end users • Lead vendor selection and oversee vendor activities • Evaluate system functionality through user feedback, analysis, and process documentation • Develop solutions to enhance systems • Establish and monitor expectations to achieve company and department goals • Manage hiring, performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff • Provide technical and professional development • Direct change management efforts and provide training and education to users, managers, and associates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 12 years' experience in Information Technology or Business System management or specific with system to be supported • Experience with business system to be supported • PPM Tool experience; Clarity preferred • Formal people leader experience • Product owner experience • Roadmap vision/strategy ownership • Familiarity with user experience/end-user design • PMP certification preferred • Ability to work EST/CST hours • Candidates must be able to work in the United States
