📋 Description

• Independently assess delivery performance, team operating models, and execution risks across multiple product teams • Analyze sprint, release, and throughput metrics to identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities • Recommend and support implementation of delivery standards, tooling enhancements, and process optimizations • Analyze portfolio-level capacity, prioritization, and dependency trade-offs • Develop insights and recommendations supporting roadmap alignment and investment decisions • Lead analytical components of launch readiness and post-launch performance reviews • Evaluate adoption, usage, and growth metrics and recommend enablement or product adjustments • Design and assess change enablement approaches, including training effectiveness and readiness metrics • Identify change risks and recommend mitigation strategies supporting successful adoption • Analyze operational readiness, incident trends, and support model effectiveness • Recommend improvements to service enablement and support processes • Act as a trusted analytical partner to Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Current contractor or contingent worker for First Citizens Bank • Advanced product and portfolio analysis • Enablement and operating model optimization • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 6 years' experience in Digital product enablement, product operations, business or data analysis, Agile delivery, or related professional consulting work
