📋 Description

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Procure-to-Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management capabilities • Develop system strategy in partnership with business unit leaders, IT, and key stakeholders • Lead a team responsible for design, configuration, reporting, testing, implementation, and upgrades of supported business systems • Troubleshoot and improve processes for end users • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on value delivered, end-user experience, risk mitigation, and organizational priorities • Establish and monitor expectations to achieve company and department goals • Manage performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff • Provide technical and professional development • Lead change management efforts across the organization • Provide training and education for business users, managers, and associates as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Information Technology or Business System management or specific systems to be supported OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Information Technology or Business System management or specific systems to be supported • Experience with business system to be supported • Experience in Coupa • Experience in Source to Pay Process • Product Manager/Product Owner experience • Experience with contract management tool (Icertis or other) • Agile delivery method
