📋 Description

• Leading the functional delivery of GETPAID implementations, owning requirements gathering, solution design, and client outcomes • Serving as a subject matter expert in order-to-cash processes by analyzing client data and workflows to design optimized solutions, including data mappings and process improvements • Translating business needs into solution designs and partnering with technical teams to deliver configured, integrated solutions • Driving successful project execution by working across cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment, quality, and on-time delivery • Building strong client relationships and guiding customers through implementation, testing, and adoption to ensure long-term success

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience across the full end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies in O2C processes and implement improvements that enhance accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction • Strong experience with collections management, including managing outstanding receivables, resolving disputes, and reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) • Ability to maintain positive customer relationships while effectively driving collections and ensuring timely payments • Experience working with ERP systems and understanding how they support order-to-cash processes and data flow • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation abilities • Ability to translate client business requirements into technical specifications and clearly communicate solutions to both business and technical audiences • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience • Required work hours: Standard business hours with flexibility to support client needs • Overtime required: As needed based on project timelines • Weekends required: Occasional, based on project demands • Travel percentage for this role: 35-40%
