📋 Description
• Assist in providing leadership oversight to implementation, training, consulting, and support of digital banking software • Lead strategic initiatives focused on implementations, training, consulting, and configuration • Become a subject matter expert in the products and resolve moderate to complex issues • Provide leadership oversight and solve critical problems • Review project deliverables and ensure acceptance criteria • Engage directly with clients and client leadership at various project stages • Assess client business needs, identify solutions, and manage requirements • Manage product configuration setup and updates • Oversee specific cross-portfolio initiatives • Maintain and update documentation • Act as liaison between various parties for projects • Provide occasional after hours support and adjust shift as needed • Perform other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience with customer facing projects or in a client support role • Financial Services Industry experience • Proficient core computer skills (ex Microsoft Office, moving files between systems, Windows basics)
