📋 Description

• Ensure quality delivery and maintenance support of all products and services for assigned clients • Manage and develop operational relationships with assigned clients • Develop and manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls • Carry out the client account plan • Understand client environments to maximize utilization and benefits of Fiserv solutions • Provide reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities • Influence and work cross-functionally on incident response, process improvement, and standard operating procedures • Maintain compliance with system audits and client profile updates • Complete administrative duties supporting legal and contractual obligations

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience • 3+ years’ experience in customer service • Ability to travel up to 20% • Bachelor’s degree preferred as a nice-to-have qualification • Project Management experience preferred as a nice-to-have qualification • Enterprise problem prevention and resolution experience preferred as a nice-to-have qualification • Ability to make independent decisions, exercise good judgment, and manage complex issues preferred as a nice-to-have qualification
