📋 Description

• Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and product development teams • Ensures clear communication and alignment of objectives • Contributes to the organization’s financial technology capabilities and services • Applies data modeling, process mapping, and requirements documentation to identify process improvement and innovation opportunities • Develops and presents reports and insights to help achieve operational targets and goals • Assesses business intelligence data using historical information from diverse sources to guide business and product decisions • Analyzes industry and geographic trends, competitor market research, and current/potential client behaviors • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to model potential outcomes of business plans • Coordinates with external stakeholders to gather and integrate information on industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and client dynamics • Designs and develops frameworks for analyzing and interpreting business intelligence data • Enhances analytical processes within the business analysis function

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing large-scale projects or processes that significantly contribute to the organization’s performance • Ability to tackle semi-complex and often challenging problems, requiring analysis and sound judgment • Excellent communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners such as clients or vendors • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and determine appropriate methods and procedures for new assignments and lead teams or initiatives • Strong foundation of knowledge for the position • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Experience with data modeling, process mapping, and requirements documentation • Highly developed analytical skills • Ability to analyze business intelligence data, industry and geographic trends, competitor market research, and client behaviors
