📋 Description

• Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and business outlooks to inform business planning • Lead high-priority strategic projects end to end; frame complex business issues, direct analysis, and translate findings into actionable recommendations • Apply strong financial acumen and traditional and AI-native methods to analyze operational and financial data and surface decision-ready insights • Support the creation of CEO-level executive communications • Work cross-functionally with colleagues at all levels, using interpersonal and influencing skills to achieve goals without direct control over resources • Guide analyses of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities • Translate strategic priorities, including the Enterprise AI strategy, into clear, measurable outcomes • Turn data and insight into decision-ready action, supporting executive-level communications

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant strategy experience, ideally from a top-tier strategy consulting firm serving financial services, payments, fintech, or technology • Knowledge of financial services industry preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Comfort and familiarity with using AI tools
