📋 Description

• Address workflow, staffing, budget allocation, scheduling, and execution of assigned projects. • Lead the engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects. • Establish inspection criteria for proper implementation of project elements. • Define project requirements, scopes, and deliverables. • Design, develop, and implement IT infrastructure, systems, and software solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues during the project lifecycle. • Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals. • Collaborate with project staff to create strategic action plans and cost estimates. • Facilitate and contribute to project plans and designs. • Recommend and analyze project materials, equipment, and practices. • Assess vendor competence, capabilities, resources, and financial status. • Oversee development project progress and compare actual costs with estimates. • Collaborate with the design group to revise plans when problems arise. • Collaborate with other engineers to share problems and solutions. • Travel to client sites and perform hands-on networking and equipment tasks as required.

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience in project management, engineering, systems design, or other related fields. • Advanced experience supporting, deploying, configuring and best practice in Azure, AWS, SharePoint. • Advanced experience with server and networking hardware. • Advanced experience with supporting, deploying and configuring networking equipment, firewalls, switches. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Excellent budgeting and cost containment skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong supervisory and leadership skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Basic understanding of ISO 9000 design requirements. • Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, speaking, walking, driving, and/or sitting. • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. • Position may require travel up to 40%.
