📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients across multiple channels • Handle primarily inbound calls and outbound calls as needed • Assist with medication refills, referral inquiries, messages to doctors, and appointment confirmations • Submit documentation forms for calls • Multitask across several screens and programs during patient interactions • Type and talk simultaneously to document calls • Use company and client resources to handle calls accurately • Switch between tasks without loss of efficiency or composure • Respond empathetically to patients and their needs • Maintain desk availability, punctuality, and attendance during scheduled times • Remain positive and professional in customer interactions • Cross-train as requested

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of customer service or customer support experience • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required • Previous remote work-from-home experience is a plus • Quick learner and able to work independently • Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening • Excellent attention to detail • Must be 18 years of age • Background check required in accordance with state and federal laws • Verified secure, reliable, dedicated high-speed internet service • Established dedicated work area with desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection
