📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients across multiple channels • Handle primarily inbound calls and outbound calls as needed • Assist with medication refills, referral checks, messages to doctors, and appointment confirmations • Submit documentation forms for calls • Multitask across several screens and programs during patient/customer interactions • Type and talk simultaneously to document calls • Access company and client resources to handle calls accurately • Switch between tasks without losing efficiency or composure • Maintain empathy toward patients and their needs • Remain available at the desk and maintain punctuality and attendance • Maintain positive and professional customer interactions • Cross-train as requested

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of customer service or customer support experience • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required • Previous remote work from home experience is a plus • Quick learner and able to work independently • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening • Excellent attention to detail • Must be 18 years of age • Background check applicable with state and federal laws will be required • Must reside in AL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY • Verified secure, reliable, dedicated high-speed internet service required • Established dedicated work area with desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection required

🏖️ Benefits

• Starting pay of $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) • Set shift 11:00am–7:30pm (CST), Monday–Friday • Paid training, typically 2 weeks from 10:00am–6:30pm (CST) • Full-time status, 40 hours per week • Equipment shipped to full-time employees
