📋 Description

• Assist high-producing Home Lending Loan Officers through all phases of mortgage loan completion • Facilitate application processing and work with processing and underwriting teams to clear conditions for loan closing • Order title work and appraisals and schedule closing appointments when requested • Ensure timely initial application disclosures • Communicate proactively with internal and external parties about loan statuses • Participate in weekly pipeline updates as needed • Provide customer service to loan clients and assist with file discrepancies, follow-up, and resolution • Support business development through customer database development, marketing opportunities, event and presentation materials, and customer communications • Assist with special projects and coordinate customer marketing with the internal marketing department • Perform clerical, administrative, and proactive support duties for Loan Officers • Create production management reports and assist with database/account management • Meet manager-set training goals and contribute to peer training • Develop process improvements and perform additional duties as required • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and standards

🎯 Requirements

• High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent • 1+ years customer service experience and administrative support activities experience • Excellent time management, customer relations, prioritization, and organization skills • Detail-oriented and dependable • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proven computer skills with knowledge of Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office • NMLS License preferred • Previous mortgage experience strongly preferred • Must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations • Must complete required compliance trainings
