📋 Description

• Assist Ryder Vehicle Sales customers with pre- and post-purchase inquiries • Work cross-functionally across Sales, Operations and Asset Management • Handle inbound and outbound Retail Vehicle Sales support calls, emails and texts • Maintain ownership of customer inquiries until resolution is communicated • Ensure concerns, issues and disputes are resolved to customer expectations • Handle rental sales and sales processes for inbound calls and outbound solicitation • Increase leads and new customers • Coordinate rental truck inventory levels with Maintenance and Asset Management • Enhance productivity through workflow scheduling and planning • Generate purchase and repair orders and maintain files • Contribute to cost containment through parts inventory planning and warranty management • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED required • One (1) year or more in sales and/or customer service required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments • Ability to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously • Demonstrated customer service skills • Must have a high level of energy and be self-motivated and self-directed • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization • Must comply with applicable company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agency policies
