📋 Description

• Assist Ryder Vehicle Sales customers with pre- and post-purchase inquiries • Handle inbound and outbound Retail Vehicle Sales support calls, email, and text messages • Maintain ownership of customer inquiries until resolution is communicated • Ensure concerns, issues, and disputes are resolved to customer expectations • Execute customer communication protocol • Handle rental sales processes for inbound calls and outbound solicitation to increase leads and new customers • Coordinate with Maintenance and Asset Management to manage rental truck inventory levels • Enhance productivity through effective scheduling and planning • Generate purchase/repair orders and maintain files • Contribute to cost containment through parts inventory planning and warranty management • Ensure compliance with applicable company and regulatory policies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED required • One (1) year or more in sales and/or customer service required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments • Ability to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously • Demonstrated customer service skills • Must have a high level of energy and be self-motivated and self-directed • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization, peers, work groups, customers, and supervisors • Must comply with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agency policies
