📋 Description

• Develop and maintain quantitative financial models used in risk measurement, income simulations, balance sheet management, or asset valuations • Analyze model output, synthesize information, and communicate conclusions and recommendations to senior managers, executives, and the Board • Test established models through back-testing, benchmarking, sensitivity testing, and scenario analysis • Develop automated solutions to simplify challenging and repetitive processes • Perform special projects and additional duties as required • Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards and complete required compliance training • Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering (Computer, Systems, Electronics, Electrical), or similar • 1+ years mastering quantitative fixed income and financial concepts, programming, and financial modeling • Knowledge of finance concepts • Solid understanding of statistics and quantitative methods preferred • Understanding of fixed income securities and analytics preferred • Proven experience with object oriented and/or relational database programming preferred • Excellent analytical skills • Strong written and oral communication skills with a clear, concise expository style • Advanced interpersonal relations skills • Strong project management skills • Ability to work cooperatively, prioritize, and multitask in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment • Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships • Travel requirement: None • No unusual physical exertion is involved
