📋 Description

• Execute quarterly production of the allowance for credit losses for the loan and lease portfolio • Independently manage assigned workflow in accordance with established methodology and SOX framework • Analyze ACL change drivers, including rate/volume, economic forecast, and credit mix • Collaborate with Credit function and stakeholders to propose, develop, and document qualitative adjustments • Develop and maintain ACL documentation, governance materials, ad-hoc analyses, financial disclosures, and regulatory reports • Support communication of ACL results and related matters to internal and external stakeholders • Support strategic initiatives for effective implementation into the ACL Program • Maintain knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory guidance related to CECL and credit risk factors • Perform special projects and additional duties as required • Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies, standards, laws, and required trainings • Analyze and resolve problems using independent judgment and discretion

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) • 4+ years in credit risk management, accounting, or related experience • Proficient in Python • Knowledge of financial analysis and financial forecasting • Working knowledge of data querying languages and software • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Excellent writing skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to independently manage assigned workflows, collaborate with various individuals, and deliver on commitments • Knowledge of CECL (Current Expected Credit Loss) preferred • Experience in mid-size and large financial institutions preferred • Experience with Alteryx platform preferred • Travel less than 15%
