📋 Description
• Develops new, profitable builder finance relationships. • Prospects for new customers through leads developed personally or that come from referral sources. • Coordinates the team approach to approving and closing new deals to grow assets and revenues. • Works with assigned portfolio managers to ensure pro-active monitoring of the credit quality of the portfolio. • Collaborates with Credit team and outside counsel to prepare credit approval documents and manage onboarding process.
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in business, finance or related field. • Minimum experience required: 10+ Years financing production homebuilders with at least 5 years in sales. • Formal credit training program or experience in reading financial statements.
