📋 Description

• Own the annual plan, rolling forecast, and monthly variance analysis • Run an operating cadence with revenue, marketing, product, and operations leaders • Translate financial performance into actionable insights and hold the business accountable • Lead board and investor reporting, including financial packages, narratives, and follow-ups • Own the capital raise process end-to-end, including data room, investor materials, model, and diligence support • Manage ongoing investor relations, investor updates, relationship management, and information-rights compliance • Drive analysis of partner economics, pricing strategy, sell-through, market expansion, cohort performance, and revenue optimization • Own unit economics and platform analytics, including GMV, take rate, and partner-level performance • Mentor and develop an Analyst • Report to the CFO and collaborate with accounting/finops, BizOps, CEO, and functional leads

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years across finance, investment banking, consulting, or a combination, with meaningful time inside a high-growth tech or platform business • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity • Proven ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment • Strong financial modeling skills and track record of driving business outcomes through finance partnership • Experience central to a capital raise • Effective communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate numbers into narrative for different audiences • High level of ownership and accountability • Comfort working cross-functionally and balancing competing priorities as a thought partner to the CFO, CEO, and company leaders
