📋 Description

• Own financial planning, including the annual plan, rolling forecast, and monthly variance analysis • Drive regular operating cadence with revenue, marketing, product, and operations leads • Translate financial performance into actionable insights and hold the business accountable • Prepare board and investor reporting packages, narratives, and follow-ups • Lead the capital raise process, including the data room, investor materials, financial model, and diligence support • Manage ongoing investor relations, including investor updates, relationship management, and information rights compliance • Analyze partner economics, pricing strategy, sell-through, market expansion, cohort performance, and revenue optimization • Analyze unit economics and platform analytics, including GMV, take rate, partner-level performance, and cohort analysis • Manage and develop an analyst • Partner with the CFO, CEO, accounting/FinOps, BizOps, and functional leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years across finance, investment banking, consulting, or a combination, with meaningful time inside a high-growth tech or platform business • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity • Proven ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment • Strong financial modeling skills with a track record of driving business outcomes through finance partnership • Experience central to a capital raise • Effective communication and collaboration skills, able to translate numbers into narrative for different audiences • A high level of ownership and accountability • Comfort working cross-functionally and balancing competing priorities as a thought partner to the CFO, CEO, and company leaders • Experience with marketplace, B2B SaaS, or platform business models
