📋 Description

• Oversee the Patient Advocate Team responsible for making outbound calls to patients, caregivers, and health care professionals to provide high-quality financial assistance to patients. • Assist the Revenue Manager with day-to-day management of Patient Advocates. • Manage scheduling, annual evaluations, counseling, candidate interviews, time-card approvals, hiring, and employee discipline. • Work additional days or hours as necessary to complete assigned responsibilities. • Make some out-of-town travel when required.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in pharmacy or a related area preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge and understanding of community pharmacy clerical and pharmacy technician responsibilities • Ability to work autonomously • Ability to multitask with good organizational skills • High level of interpersonal skills for sensitive and confidential situations • Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy • Active Pharmacy Technician license required • Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB) in state of employment preferred • Some out-of-town travel may be required • Must be able to work additional days/hours as necessary • Successful background, drug, and nicotine screening • Required vaccinations, including influenza vaccine, unless an approved exemption applies • Must be located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone
