📋 Description
• Lead a team of 7–9 BDRs • Manage and coach BDRs through 1:1s, call reviews • Own ramp and performance management • Drive the AE+BDR pod motion • Partner with Head of Sales Development • Work cross-functionally with AEs, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement • Hire and onboard new BDRs
🎯 Requirements
• Prior experience as a BDR or SDR • Prior experience leading a BDR or SDR team • Track record of coaching reps to quota • Fintech background strongly preferred • Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment • Naturally cross-functional operating style • Strong communication and a coaching-first mindset
