📋 Description

• Own and drive the vision, strategy, budget, and overall long-term digital roadmap to deliver on the organization’s brand and financial growth goals • Own all aspects of vendor management for website development, including developing event management tools, customer/user forums, and eCommerce • Develop CRM program strategy and segmentation, and oversee execution including full-funnel lead generation/nurturing strategy for national B2C and B2B audiences • Ensure that the brand experience and messaging is integrated and consistent across all digital touchpoints • Develop strategic recommendations to inform marketing strategy by analyzing performance metrics including project and campaign analytics, brand metrics, web analytics, and overall return on investment for digital marketing initiatives • Lead and manage assigned direct reports for continual improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of the group

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 10+ years marketing experience • 5+ years supervising, managing, and/or leading others with demonstrated increase in responsibilities • Knowledge of digital channels, specifically web, eCommerce, Email/CRM, digital marketing, and developing integrated marketing plans • Ability to analyze complex data sets, and develop insights and recommendations, plans of action, and formulate alternative resolutions and improvements • Ability to meet deadlines and handle diverse tasks simultaneously using prioritization and delegation
