📋 Description

• Supports sales growth by serving as a central point of coordination for RFP efforts, voice-of-customer insights, market research, and sales enablement. • Works closely with internal stakeholders, including the RFP Operations Team, Product Strategy, Sales, Sales Support, and Sales Leadership. • Serves as the primary point of contact from the Sales team for RFP responses, partnering with RFP Operations Team members responsible for process management and document assembly. • Collaborates with Sales, Product, RFP Operations Team, and other stakeholders to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment with sales strategy. • Supports the continued development and maintenance of a well-organized, accurate RFP content library. • Aggressively seeks proposal opportunities matched to FLVS’s organizational goals and FlexPoint revenue priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • Minimum five years’ progressive experience in sales operations, proposals, sales enablement, sales, or product marketing • Experience in K-12 education, education technology, or public-sector sales (Required) • Experience with RFP processes and proposals (Required) • Experience working with sales and product teams (Required) • Experience with governmental agency (state, federal, DoD) requirements, proposal submission environments, and reporting systems (Preferred)
