📋 Description

• Administer and provide escalation support for SaaS platforms • Implement and maintain policies, software deployment, patching, and security compliance for Mac and Windows endpoints using Jamf and Intune • Own lifecycle management across core collaboration and endpoint management platforms • Develop automation scripts and workflows to improve administrative efficiency and user experience • Monitor system health, performance, and usage; proactively resolve or escalate issues • Collaborate with Security, Engineering, HR, and Legal to align and integrate SaaS tools with company infrastructure and processes • Perform investigations and discovery across systems for Legal and HR • Assist in vendor management and product evaluations • Drive solutions and project work • Onboard new applications for single sign-on • Develop and maintain technical operating procedures, policies, and engineering roadmaps • Ensure platforms follow security best practices with the Security team • Provide Tier 3 IT support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or comparable experience) • 3+ years of experience supporting SaaS Collaboration tools and Mac and Windows endpoint management • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams • In-depth knowledge of email delivery flow, IT security, and IAM concepts • Understanding of RBAC and permissions models across core SaaS applications • Scripting and automation experience • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
