📋 Description

• Lead a team of software engineers, supporting their career growth, managing sprint execution, and driving high-performing team dynamics. • Drive technical strategy, roadmap planning, and microservices design across device monitoring, alerting, and internal health tools. • Write full-stack code using TypeScript, Node.js, and React to deliver real-time dashboards, web services, and robust APIs. • Build and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes (via Helm), and AWS managed services (S3, API Gateway, SQS). • Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to streamline workflows and boost team delivery speed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record leading, managing, or mentoring software engineers with a strong focus on team growth and constructive feedback. • Strong hands-on coding ability with TypeScript / Node.js for backend web services and modern frontend frameworks like React. • Solid SQL database experience and hands-on familiarity with cloud environments (AWS S3, API Gateway, SQS) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm). • Strategic mindset with experience designing microservices, managing dependencies, and turning complex unknowns into actionable plans. • Practical comfort using modern AI-assisted engineering tools to optimize team velocity and personal development output.
