📋 Description

• Process sales orders for new, existing, and renewal SaaS customers in SaaSOptics (Maxio) • Verify sales orders and contract details across FMX teams • Manage invoice distribution and dunning across customers • Support billing and revenue activities under company policies and applicable GAAP revenue recognition requirements • Review new-business contracts and process associated revenue and invoices • Process customer churn and contraction requests • Monitor customer aging and support collections, including outreach, dispute resolution, and escalation of past-due balances • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve contract, billing, and account issues • Document and enforce internal policies and procedures • Ensure billed and unbilled revenue accounting complies with revenue recognition standards • Maintain accurate customer, contract, and billing information across systems and support order-to-cash internal controls • Prepare and maintain AR and revenue account reconciliations; investigate discrepancies across billing, revenue, CRM, and general ledger systems • Assist with month-end close for accounts receivable, billing, deferred revenue, and revenue reconciliations • Provide audit documentation • Improve billing process efficiency, quality, and productivity • Complete special projects assigned by the Controller or VP, Finance

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting or related experience in a rigorous, fast-paced environment • Strong knowledge of GAAP, general accounting principles and procedures, and end-to-end business processes • Experience with SaaSOptics, Salesforce, and QuickBooks Online is a plus • Familiarity with SaaS business models, billing processes, and subscription-based revenue is a plus but not required • Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing responsibilities • High level of integrity, ownership, and accountability • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and planning skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels • Ability to independently manage routine assignments and follow established procedures with minimal direct supervision
