📋 Description

• Provide individual therapy through synchronous video sessions to adults with a wide range of mental health conditions • Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinicians as part of the FOLX clinical team • Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments • Develop and implement therapeutic interventions aligned with treatment goals • Monitor and adjust treatment plans using self-assessments, functional improvement, and goal progress measures • Use between-session messaging and communicate with the team through EMR according to FOLX policies and procedures • Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and clinical team meetings • Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation • Help design, coordinate, and provide therapy services and programs for patient and community populations • Comply with federal and state therapy regulations • Maintain state licenses as required • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited educational program in psychology, counseling or social work • Active state license(s) (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PhD or PsyD) to be able to practice upon hire • 2+ years of therapy experience • Clinical experience serving the trans and queer community • Previous telehealth experience • Dedication to the FOLX mission and Informed Consent Model of Care • Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with a wide variety of patients and coworkers • Organizational and time management skills for timely completion of charts and member care in a remote work environment • Self-motivation, independence, and willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment • Ability to learn new apps, programs, and proficiency with virtual meeting platforms • Demonstrated experience working with diverse groups • Fluency in additional languages is a plus
