📋 Description

• A dynamic position that will allow engineers to display problem solving, communication and leadership skills by working with a diverse group of individuals within VOME, PD and the assembly plants. • This position will familiarize the engineer to tools utilized by Ford overall and tools specific to VOME Paint for tracking warranty and quality. • This position will also allow for interaction with both manufacturing and PD Quality teams to drive/understand warranty targets for current and future programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, related sciences or plant equivalent experiences • Ability to travel 50% or more including Canada and Mexico. • Strong verbal/written communication skills • Strong computer skills • Ability to lead/direct a team • Ability to work with minimal direct supervision but knowledge of when to ask for assistance • Ability to operate in stressful situations within timing constraints • Energetic individual that is self-motivated and has passion to be a team member delivering Ford+ behaviors
