📋 Description

• Support the development and maintenance of new and existing electronic reliability requirements. • Provide guidance on the application of these requirements. • Review and approve test plans for electronic module environmental testing. • Review and approve test results and support investigation of non-compliances. • Support issue investigation and resolution for electronic module test and reliability concerns for Ford internal teams and all tiers of suppliers to Ford Motor Company. • Support Ford's interest in industry standards related to electronics testing and reliability. • Act as a subject matter expert in the areas of Environmental Testing for Electronic Module, Solder processes for manufacturing, Conformal coating and nano coating, Reliability Physics Analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent degree • 5 years minimum experience in electronic reliability or environmental testing. • 3 years minimum experience with solder processes for manufacturing • Experience and knowledge of electronic reliability simulation (i.e. ANsys Sherlock) • Experience with the application of conformal and nano coatings • Knowledge of J3168 - Reliability Physics Analysis of Electrical, Electronic and Electromechanical Equipment, Modules and Components a plus.
