📋 Description

• Embed with enterprise customers and own technical work across initial demos, proof-of-value engagements, and multi-week implementations • Lead Claude Code Labs and customer workshops • Take customer teams from beginner to power user across Claude Code, Claude for Work, Cowork, and the developer platform • Codify deployment patterns and feed them back to forgd's methodology and Anthropic's product teams • Lead discovery into customer engineering environments, toolchains, workflows, business operations, and organizational dynamics • Turn discovery findings into clear technical plans • Advise on AI-native development practices including issue management, branching, testing, code review, and security • Guide adoption programs across engineering organizations and business teams • Scope engagements, including assumptions, risks, milestones, and dependencies • Co-build agentic applications on the Claude developer platform • Build evaluation frameworks, MCP servers, sub-agents, and deployment configurations tailored to customer stacks • Collaborate directly with Anthropic on customer engagements • Build prototypes, ship code, run workshops, write specifications, and make decisions moving customers from demos to deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Technical Consultant, or in a hands-on Software Engineer or Product Engineer role • Software development experience in a high-scale startup or enterprise environment • Experience writing, shipping, and operating production code • Production experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, agent design, and evaluation frameworks • Power user of Claude Code or equivalent AI coding assistants • Familiarity with enterprise development toolchains, CI/CD, and modern SDLC practices • Familiarity with cloud-native deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure • Ability to communicate across individual contributors, engineering leadership, and business stakeholders • High agency and comfort with ambiguity; ability to operate autonomously in customer environments • Professional services or consulting background is nice to have • Experience leading developer productivity or developer experience at scale is nice to have • Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries is nice to have • Experience driving organizational change is nice to have
