📋 Description
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies • Document customer interactions in the system • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
🎯 Requirements
• Previous customer service experience preferred (not required) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • High school diploma or equivalent
