📋 Description

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and courteous manner • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and technical issues effectively • Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary • Meet performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus) • Strong written communication and typing skills • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat or CRM software • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
