📋 Description

• Design, develop, enhance, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Government Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related Salesforce technologies • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch and scheduled jobs, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing solutions • Build and optimize Lightning Web Components using JavaScript, Apex, and Salesforce platform services • Configure Salesforce functionality using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, dynamic forms, record types, page layouts, and custom metadata • Apply programmatic and declarative development approaches • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce integrations with external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services • Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and deployment validation activities • Configure and maintain Salesforce security controls • Support data migration, transformation, cleansing, and bulk data management using Data Loader, Workbench, and related tools • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, Project Managers, and client stakeholders • Participate in client-facing workshops, technical discussions, and solution reviews • Contribute to Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning • Support version control, automated deployments, and CI/CD processes using Git, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or comparable tools • Maintain technical documentation, development estimates, solution specifications, and project delivery records • Ensure development practices align with Salesforce standards for security, scalability, performance, governance, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Active and valid Salesforce certifications, with Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required • 5–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience supporting enterprise applications and complex implementations • Demonstrated experience delivering Salesforce solutions for Public Sector clients, including Government Cloud implementations • Advanced Salesforce development expertise, including Apex classes, triggers, batch processing, asynchronous processing, and Lightning Web Components • Strong experience building complex Salesforce Flows and using declarative automation • Hands-on development and configuration experience across Salesforce Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, object relationships, application design, and platform development patterns • Experience developing and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware technologies, and web services • Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, platform constraints, performance optimization, and development best practices • Experience configuring Salesforce security architecture, including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Organization-Wide Defaults, and field-level security • Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development practices • Experience participating in Agile/Scrum delivery environments and collaborating across technical and functional teams • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with client stakeholders, technical teams, and business users • Ability to combine hands-on technical execution with solution design and consultative problem-solving • Must reside in AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WI, or Washington, DC • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; FormativGroup cannot sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment visa
