📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements • Partner with Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Engineering, and other business teams to provide practical legal guidance • Identify legal, financial, operational, and commercial risks • Support the negotiation and administration of commercial transactions • Maintain and continually improve contract templates, playbooks, standard terms and conditions, clause libraries, and contracting processes • Support the administration and optimization of the company's contract lifecycle management system • Escalate complex, high-risk, strategic, or non-standard legal issues to senior legal leadership • Monitor and advise on legal and regulatory developments affecting commercial transactions

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience with a nationally recognized law firm (Am Law 50 or equivalent) • In-house legal experience supporting a technology, semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or industrial organization • Familiarity with semiconductor industry contracting, including equipment, materials, technology licensing, supply chain, procurement, and customer agreements • Experience supporting intellectual property licensing, technology transfer, software licensing, and commercialization matters • Knowledge of export controls, trade compliance, and international commercial contracting • Experience working with contract lifecycle management platforms, including Ironclad • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and develop scalable contracting practices in a growing organization.
