📋 Description

• Partner closely with key sales, customer success, and finance stakeholders to define, manage, and execute against prioritized roadmaps. • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end — from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization — while proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and trade-offs. • Set and manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication, foresight, and data-driven decision-making. • Balance strong delivery execution with strategic perspective, challenging and evolving existing processes when they no longer serve outcomes. • Oversee a full-stack development team to produce stable and scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem that meet all committed requirements. • Work with quality assurance to plan and implement testing to completely verify and validate all product capabilities as ready for release. • Build and sustain a strong partnership with your engineering manager and other engineering leaders. • Strengthen team performance and cohesion through effective agile leadership, continuous improvement, and intentional removal of blockers.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. • Five years’ product management experience with software products. • Experience in driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product roadmap, requirements, etc. • Experience in managing day-to-day technical and design direction. • The ability to influence multiple stakeholders not under your direct management.
