📋 Description

• Travel to customer sites to perform professional services supporting client reliability initiatives and preventing unplanned downtime • Plan and schedule travel arrangements, maintain expenses, and submit expense reports • Prepare equipment for customer jobs • Meet with clients and perform on-site professional services • Measure machine alignment, collect condition monitoring data, and commission/install hardware • Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and implement corrective actions • Create service reports and supplemental documentation and maintain information in the company database • Provide remote and on-site product training • Collaborate with customer support/services, marketing/sales, and management teams • Train other field engineers in the solutions • Perform other duties corresponding with the Field Service Engineer role

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualifications in electrical/mechanical engineering • Previous experience in service, maintenance, or a technical role • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%–85%, primarily in North America, with some potential international travel • Valid Driver’s License required • Passport recommended • Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Salesforce, and CAD software • Ability to lift 50 lbs of equipment • Ability to ascend and descend stairs and ladders • Ability to don/doff PPE and fall protection • Ability to work in uncomfortable manufacturing conditions • Proficiency in English communications: writing, speaking, and reading
