📋 Description

• Partner with business segment leaders to define talent strategies for Presidents and other executive roles • Consult with senior leadership throughout executive recruitment, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offer negotiations • Manage and cultivate internal and external executive talent pipelines using advanced sourcing methodologies, tools, and systems • Align recruiting strategies with the needs and growth objectives of each operating company • Use analytics and data insights to optimize recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement • Translate market trends and insights into actionable talent strategies • Guide and mentor new and existing team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience in a mid-to large size executive search firm and/or as a member of a best-in-class in-house executive search team highly preferred • Proven experience leading full-cycle executive recruitment efforts • Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive talent initiatives • Data-driven approach to identifying trends and solving complex recruitment challenges • Mastery of recruitment tools, including ATS, CRM (Thrive preferred), and various sourcing systems • Ability to influence and advise senior leadership on executive talent matters • High degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in managing sensitive information • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
