📋 Description

• Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial printing accounts within the assigned Midwest territory • Research and identify potential clients to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline • Cultivate long-lasting client relationships and advise clients on printing needs and marketing objectives • Present printing capabilities and create customized proposals and solutions • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets • Up-sell and cross-sell additional digital, print, or streaming advertising services where applicable • Monitor industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities • Manage the client sales lifecycle from initial contact through proposal generation, negotiation, and contract signing • Collaborate with production, design, and customer service teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction • Represent the organization within the territory and strengthen brand presence • Maintain prompt and reliable attendance • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Successful outside or B2B sales experience • Proven ability to prospect and close a significant amount of new business • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote working environment • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Must reside within FCC’s upper Midwest footprint of ND, SD, MN, or WI • Willingness to travel up to 25-50% within the assigned territory • Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace • Valid driver’s license and a driving record insurable by the company • Acceptable level of vehicle insurance as required by the company • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
