📋 Description

• Explore and develop an AI insurance venture concept • Develop proof-of-review records for professionals using AI • Create evidence and carrier partnerships to restore coverage for contractors using AI tools • Build attribution data layers for underwriting teleoperated and supervised-autonomy robotics • Develop guarantees for agentic commerce that clarify loss responsibility • Validate the problem space and identify the ideal customer profile • Build sales pipeline and execute a go-to-market strategy • Develop an MVP and achieve early traction • Build and lead a world-class team • Work with Forum's operating team across business design, product development, growth, recruitment, and legal • Raise seed and Series A funding using Forum's fundraising network and playbook

🎯 Requirements

• Early-stage operator experience with a proven track record in insurance, insurtech, or risk infrastructure • Experience running underwriting, product, or distribution at a carrier, MGA, or insurtech, or knowledge of how carrier partnerships get signed • Experience placing professional liability, E&O, or contractor coverage as a broker and firsthand exposure to AI exclusions • Experience building fraud, chargeback, or risk-scoring infrastructure in payments or commerce • Ability to attract, hire, and lead world-class teams • Demonstrated passion for technology's ability to change the world • Desire to become a venture-backed founder • Canada- or US-based • Ability to collaborate in North American time zones
