📋 Description
• Meet with individuals in 6 state correctional institutes to share information about Pathways Home and complete program enrollment. • Provide case management services to assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, educational and/or vocational outcomes. • Responsible for achieving specific enrollment benchmarks within the required target population to achieve and exceed program performance standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • A genuine commitment to helping others succeed
