📋 Description

• Coordinate JAG programs consistent with Forward Service Corporation and JAG National goals, policies, and procedures • Implement program services, technical assistance, program monitoring, and evaluation • Provide direct student services by identifying, recruiting, and instructing students with multiple barriers to grade progression, graduation, or transition to careers • Supervise JAG Career Specialists • Develop employer relationships within the community • Provide appropriate curriculum and ensure students achieve specific JAG competencies through classroom instruction • Recruit JAG-eligible students through qualified sources • Oversee recruitment of eligible individuals within required target populations to achieve program standards • Market employment programs for JAG students to private and public employers • Ensure customer satisfaction • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with school personnel and Advisory Committee members • Position runs from 12/1/2026 through 3/31/2027

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and three (3) plus years’ work-related experience with supervisory responsibilities and/or equivalent combination of education and experience • Valid Wisconsin Teaching License is preferred • Home office is remote in Wisconsin • Travel throughout the state is required
