📋 Description

• Design a comprehensive 3-year global benefits strategy with differentiated offerings across leadership tiers • Research and deploy market-data-driven localized compensation bands • Evaluate Long-Term Incentive Plan enhancements and program options for high-performing individuals • Partner with Finance to maximize incentive program ROI • Overhaul compensation structures to align with changing managerial and individual contributor structures • Update job leveling, incentive compensation frameworks, and compensation growth programs • Serve as principal compensation advisor to leadership, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition • Leverage advanced market insights and internal equity modeling • Lead annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonuses, and equity refreshes • Optimize workflows within the compensation technology stack, including Rippling, CandorIQ, Pave, and Payscale

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Compensation, Equity, and Total Rewards, operating at a lead or principal level • Deep expertise in US and Canadian compensation frameworks • Expertise in job architecture • Expertise in pay equity • Expertise in equity design, including Options, RSUs, and Phantom Equity • Proven experience building complex financial models • Experience visualizing compensation data for executive decision-making • Experience scaling global companies with 500+ employees • Experience optimizing tools such as Rippling, Pave, or Payscale • Authorization to work for any employer in the US • Must not require sponsorship currently or in the future
