📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level engineering experience with broad technical range • Comfortable working from a hypothesis rather than a detailed spec • Bias toward speed and ability to judge when good enough is good enough • Genuine curiosity about users and their behavior • Ability to stay unattached to one's own work when evidence points elsewhere • Fluent with AI-assisted development • Built real workflows using tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude • Ability to work across frontend, backend, and APIs • Applications welcomed from all qualified candidates; accommodations available upon request
