📋 Description

• Determine whether features are safe to release to pharmacists • Own regression testing and end-to-end UAT with external healthcare clients • Create documentation that other team members can use • Perform manual testing and investigate issues through hands-on click-through testing • Build test data generators for clinical scenarios • Develop harnesses for evaluating non-deterministic LLM output • Build MCP servers integrated with the company stack • Create internal agents to automate repetitive QA tasks • Write tooling that other engineers depend on • Automate front-end testing with Playwright • Test APIs and integrations using Postman • Use Playwright MCP and agentic workflows on production features • Work daily with engineers shipping features • Report to the VP of Engineering and work alongside the QA Lead

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in QA or software testing, with real depth on web applications and APIs • Strong Playwright skills and judgement about when to automate versus test manually • Solid manual testing and UAT experience, including running UAT with external clients or providers • Enterprise product experience • Already using AI tools day-to-day, or direct experience testing AI-powered products • Strong technical foundation: a CS or numerate degree from a good school, or a promotion track that speaks for itself • Healthcare, health-tech, or pharmacy experience is a plus • Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling, and clinical data accuracy is advantageous • Ability to work with meaningful overlap with UK-based engineering team • Must be currently based in the US, as indicated by the application question • Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship will be required
