📋 Description

• Provide administrative assistance and day-to-day support to the Human Resources Department • Support the onboarding life cycle for Foundation programs • Support HR Business Partners and HR staff with Workday Business Process transactions • Provide HR services with accuracy, responsiveness, customer service, and positive relationship building • Collaborate with Foundation departments and program areas to meet Business Insights department goals • Triage JIRA HR Help Desk tickets for all employees • Triage Jobs Inbox requests for the Talent Acquisition Team • Provide occasional Salesforce support for programs • Support employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, and data changes in Workday (HRIS) • Support CalPERS retirement system enrollment • Audit the new hire report and distribute it with Back office teams

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a currently enrolled student at a higher education institution • High School diploma or GED required • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a customer service-oriented environment required; office environment preferred • Must be currently enrolled at an accredited College or University • Must carry a minimum of six (6) semester units or nine (9) quarter units • Minimum 2.0 GPA • Human Resources or a business-related major and/or experience preferred • Must reside in California
