📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day delivery and account management of programs within the FoundationCCC’s technology portfolio • Serve as an Account Manager for the Program Pathways Mapper (PPM) • Develop deep, specialized expertise in the product and own assigned college relationships across the full lifecycle • Meet regularly with users to understand and address their needs • Support users through office hours and convenings • Independently manage follow-up on tickets with both the product team and users • Provide reporting, including Google Analytics usage reports, to support adoption • Work closely with Product Specialists and internal cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant BA/BS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in program support or coordination • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and other collaboration tools • Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk); JIRA for task tracking preferred • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to brand guidelines • Exercises good judgment and works effectively in a high-performing team • Ability to develop deep product expertise and serve as a knowledgeable, go-to resource for assigned accounts
