📋 Description

• Provide administrative support across the Foundation Source Legal Services Department • Build rapport and communicate with internal teams and clients • Prepare legal documents, corporate resolutions, and compliance paperwork • Translate legal needs into actionable next steps for teams across the organization • Manage follow-ups, documentation, and task tracking for legal projects • Coordinate legal-related requests spanning multiple departments • Save records, track case status, and ensure continuity for clients and internal teams • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and share knowledge across teams • Potentially coordinate and work with other departments as support needs evolve

• Ability to understand how different aspects of a process affect one another while completing tasks precisely and following through • Highly motivated and people-oriented • Takes initiative • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to organize, prioritize, and keep multiple projects on track accurately • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to adapt to different people and situations • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • At least 5 years of experience in a professional office setting preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred • Dedicated, distraction-free home office or workspace • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Ability to perform the stated physical demands, including occasional lifting or moving up to 15 pounds
