• Responsible for leading, building, and expanding a high-performing team of Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) • Drive aggressive growth, oversee recruiting pipelines, and ensure ongoing production performance • Strengthen FourLeaf’s presence through strategic business development • Create a scalable sales culture, expand market penetration, and manage execution of sales strategies • Monitor and manage production performance to ensure targets are met • Build strategic relationships with business partners and develop opportunities to expand into new markets • Organize educational sessions, seminars, and workshops for members and referral partners • Maintain strong understanding of team engagement and proactively address retention risks
• 5+ Years in Mortgage Lending • 3+ Years Supervisory Experience Preferred • Proven success in mortgage origination with strong knowledge of residential lending products • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate Mortgage Loan Officers in a production-driven environment • Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing MLO talent, with the ability to build and sustain strong recruiting pipelines • Licenses: NMLS Required
